walk into the new year with security

Most mornings I read Oswald Chambers, My Utmost for His Highest. And most mornings it rocks me to the core. I am reminded that our God is never changing…that something written in the late 1800s is so relevant today because of this truth.

hop over to here We serve the God of yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Today’s reading, the last one of the year…I needed it. I needed to find security from last year’s mistakes, security for tomorrowthat the Lord will go before me, and security for todaythat He’s got this.

I made a huge business mistake this last week. It cost alot of money. I had to choose grace for myself literally minute by minute and remember this is all for a God that holds the world in his hands and can redeem and restore in an instant what the enemy wants to destroy.

Oswald Chambers said it best almost 100 years ago for this day, December 31st, 2014.

Oh, Jenn, I know that crash of doubt that comes as an entrepreneur learning big lessons through failure. Praying for peace and discernment as you move forward, and rejoicing with you that He shrouds us in His protection. Grace for today and faith for tomorrow

Thank you so much for being so vulnerable in this post. Its beautiful and such an encouragement. I think its really hard as entrepreneurs because we tie so much of ourselves into our business that mistakes and tough times are extra painful. I sure feel you, girl! <3K
